It'll probably show up again in some fashion—it and that pretty cover, please don't panic, Shallon—but not for awhile. I won't say what I have in mind, in case it doesn't work out, but I'm pulling its availability.
If you have "Butterfly Boots", do what you like with it: delete it, share it, print it so you can rip it into teensy shreds. Just don't sell it.
